How do I place an order?
After photo day, you’ll receive a proof sheet with the photos from your child's session.
On the back of the order form will be a QR code which brings you straight to our order page.
If you have never ordered from us before you can look at our product page to read about what we offer.

At this point you might feel like you're ready to order. Great! Click on "SHOP" on the menu at the top of the page to get going.
From there, you can choose your favourites and order prints, downloads, or packages.
What if I miss the order deadline?
No problem, you can still order online after the deadline, but delivery may take a little longer, and postage fees may apply.
Your Digital Download options have 5 / 10 / 15 image options - But I only have 8 images of my child are there more images?
Short answer - No. (But possibly yes)
We created these image quantities within the Digital Download packages to allow parents of 2 or more children to enjoy access to more images at a lower price.
Can I order digital versions of the photos?
Yes, we offer high-resolution digital files for download. You’ll be able to print them at home / share them with friends and family, or even share them on your favourite social media apps.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Print orders are usually delivered within 10 - 14 working days after the "submission date".
Digital downloads submitted via the order form are available even sooner.
However, Digital downloads which are ordered via the website are usually fulfilled within 24hrs.
Will siblings be photographed together?
Yes. If your school or nursery allows sibling sessions, you’ll be given the option for this in advance.
What if my child is absent on photo day?
We'll do our best to rearrange a catch-up session, depending on the school's schedule.
Contact the school office directly to check availability.
I have more than one child at the school. Can I combine the images to benefit from the package deals you offer?
Yes! We structured our packages with this scenario in mind to allow you to do just that.
